Got brakes? With all new suspension components including some Gabriel SLX adjustable gas shocks it only made sense to choose axles with air disc brakes. It wasn’t cheap, or easy, but rarely are things that are worth it! With some help from Bendix tech support I was able to create a custom system that will work safely. I am not using ABS though it could be added later if I wanted, and I did remove some of the redundancy with the parking brake system that newer trucks have.
